Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS
• I am my own artist, and I have my own style. Please do not request me to draw in another artist’s style.• You may ask for unlimited amounts of changes during the sketch phase and base color phase, but if you ask for any changes after the commission has been marked as finished, there will be an upcharge.• References must be as clear as possible. This can be done through pictures or words. I just want to make sure that I understand everything clearly so that it will be to your liking.• Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for me to complete your commission. Please be patient, and I ask that you understand.• I reserve the right to decline any commission. Once you are rude, unreasonable, or threatening, please expect to be blocked. This behavior is not tolerated.• You may use your commissioned art pieces in any way, shape, or form; however, commercial uses are strictly forbidden unless you have paid the commercial use fee. Furthermore, any exposure of these commissioned pieces must receive a form of disclaimer and credit given to the artists. A simple “art by hanibeelicious” is enough!• Do NOT trace, alter, or edit the commissioned piece.PAYMENT
• The full price must be paid upfront through PayPal before any commission work begins.• If deadlines are tight, there will be a rush fee.• There may be additional charges based on the complexity of the character.COMMERCIAL USE
• Commercial commissions will cost 300% more than personal commissions.• Unless stated otherwise, I reserve the right to include your commission in my portfolio.• You cannot order a commercial commission of fanart.• Do NOT claim that you created the art as that would be copyright infringement.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Refunds and changes to an order are only open up to two weeks after the order has been placed, but are not accepted after you receive your art.
